The Engagement Manager is the spine of how Code75 runs. You own a portfolio of client engagements from kickoff to handover, holding scope, timeline, budget and margin while keeping the client confident and the delivery team unblocked.
What you’ll do
- Own the client relationship and act as the single point of accountability for each engagement.
- Run delivery: plan the work, manage scope and risk, and keep timeline and margin on track.
- Coordinate architects, engineers and consultants across the engagement and remove blockers.
- Report progress to client sponsors and surface change requests before they become problems.
What we look for
- Several years managing software, consulting or technical delivery engagements.
- Comfort with fixed-scope and time-and-materials commercial models, and the margin that comes with them.
- Strong client presence: you can hold a steering committee and a difficult conversation.
- Enough technical fluency to challenge an estimate and understand an architecture trade-off.
Nice to have
- Experience delivering AI, data or cloud projects.
- Professional French and English.
