CODE75, identified above, acts as data controller for the personal data collected through this site, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés).

Data collected. We process the identification and professional contact data that you choose to send us (such as your name, business email address, company and the content of your message), together with the technical data strictly necessary to operate and secure the site (server logs, including IP addresses).

Purposes and legal bases. This data is processed to respond to your enquiries and prepare proposals (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in developing our business), to manage our client relationships (performance of a contract), to ensure the security of the site (legitimate interest) and to comply with our legal obligations.

Retention. Your data is kept only as long as necessary for these purposes: prospect data for a maximum of three years after our last contact, and contractual data for the duration of the business relationship plus the applicable statutory limitation periods.

Recipients. CODE75 does not sell or rent your personal data. It is accessible only to CODE75 and to the service providers strictly necessary to operate the site and our business (hosting, content delivery, email and scheduling tools), each bound by a data processing agreement compliant with the GDPR.

Your rights.
