Work mode: HybridAI Governance & Compliance Lead
You make enterprise and regulated clients able to adopt AI with confidence. You build the governance, risk and audit frameworks that map to the EU AI Act, ISO 42001 and sector rules, and you keep them practical enough that teams actually follow them.
What you’ll do
- Build governance frameworks: policies, roles, risk assessment and audit trails.
- Map client deployments to the EU AI Act, GDPR and relevant sector regulation.
- Run AI risk assessments and define controls proportionate to the use case.
- Prepare clients for audits and produce evidence, not just intentions.
What we look for
- Experience in AI governance, compliance, risk or data protection.
- Working knowledge of the EU AI Act and GDPR as they apply to AI.
- The ability to turn regulation into practical, followable controls.
- Credibility with both legal and engineering audiences.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with ISO 42001 or ISO 27001.
- Professional French and English.
