Work mode: HybridAI Business Analyst
You are the bridge between what the business needs and what the engineers build. You map existing workflows, define clear requirements, and make sure the solution that ships is the solution the client actually needed.
What you’ll do
- Map current workflows and document where AI fits in the process.
- Gather and write clear, testable requirements with business stakeholders.
- Translate between business teams and engineers throughout delivery.
- Define acceptance criteria and help validate that the solution meets them.
What we look for
- Business analysis experience on software or data projects.
- Rigour in turning fuzzy needs into precise requirements.
- Comfort with process mapping and stakeholder workshops.
- Enough technical literacy to talk to engineers as peers.
Nice to have
- Exposure to AI or automation projects.
- Professional French and English.
